BERRIES SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium ripe frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 3/4 – 1 cup light coconut milk
  •  1/2 cup oatmeal 
  • 1 spirulina cube 

DIRECTIONS

  1. To a blender, add frozen banana, the berries, coconut milk, spirulina, and hemp seed (optional). 
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides (or using smoothie wand) as needed. 
  3. Serve immediately as is or in my preferred: top with blueberries, granola, grated coconut...
