- 1 medium ripe frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 – 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 spirulina cube
- To a blender, add frozen banana, the berries, coconut milk, spirulina, and hemp seed (optional).
- Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides (or using smoothie wand) as needed.
- Serve immediately as is or in my preferred: top with blueberries, granola, grated coconut...
