Chiapudding with spirulina

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 (small) avocado
  • 200 ml unsweeted vegan milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 spirulina cube
  • Additional: Sunflower seeds, blue berries, coconut flakes

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut the banana and avocado in parts. 

2. Put the milk, banana, avocado and spirulina cube in the blender.

3. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture. 

4. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the chia seeds.

5. As finishing touch you can add sunflowers, blue berries, coconut flakes,…
