Galletas de mantequilla con espirulina

Spirulina almond butter cookies


  • 250 gr almond butter
  • 100 gr agave or maple syrup
  • 1 spirulina cube
  • ½ smash ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons (melted) coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt



1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Let the spirulina cube melt and mix it with the almond butter, coconut oil, smashed banana and the syrup.

3. Add the remaining ingredients to a separated bowl and stir thoroughly. 

4. Add the content to the first bowl and mix again. 

5. Spoon the batter onto a coconut oil greased baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes

6. Let your cookies cool of before serving and enjoy!
