Hummus de espirulina

Spirulina hummus

Hummus is an essential dish in the eastern cuisine. It is an ideal appetizer to serve with vegetables, sandwiches and salads.


  • 300 gr cooked chickpeas.
  • 3 tablespoons of tahini (pureed sesame seeds)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 fresh spirulina cube



1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy paste.

2. Season it with some paprika powder if you like.

3. Serve and enjoy.
