Energy bites with spirulina


  • 70 gr cashews
  • 70 gr almonds
  • 180 gr dates pitted and chopped
  • 30 gr tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 spirulina cube 
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • salt
  • 1/3 cup berries goij


1. Add the cacao nibs to a blender until it becomes a rough powder.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender until it forms a thick paste. It should stick together when you press it between your fingers. If it’s crumbly, add a couple more dates and blend again.

3. Spoon out 2 tablespoons and press and roll it into a ball with your hands.

4. Repeat step 3 until the mixture is completely used. 

5. Roll the balls in extra cacao or coconut if desired.

6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating.
