- 2 eggs
- 250gr flour
- 500ml milk
- 1 spirulina cube
- butter to bake the pancakes
1. Mix the eggs, the flour, and the milk in a bowl.
2. Let the spirulina cube unfreeze and add it to the mixture.
3. Mix again until it becomes a smooth batter.
4. Heat a bit of butter in the pan and divide the batter over the surface.
5. Bake the pancake until the top is dry.
6. Flip the pancake and let it bake for another 2 minutes.
6. Put the pancakes on a staple and enjoy!
